Terms of service
Welcome to Evertaste Kitchen. These terms govern your use of our website and your purchases of our products, services, and event tickets. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are. Evertaste Kitchen is a farm-to-table kitchen based in Kent, Washington, serving the greater Seattle and King County area. You can reach us anytime at .
Products and availability. Our baked goods are made in small weekly batches and our menus follow the seasons. Items, ingredients, and availability change regularly, and quantities are limited. We do our best to keep listings, photos, and prices accurate, but errors happen; if we discover a pricing or listing error affecting your order, we'll contact you with the option to confirm at the correct price or receive a full refund. We may limit quantities or decline orders at our discretion.
Food and allergens. Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame. While we take care in our preparation, we cannot guarantee any product is free of trace allergens. Please review ingredient information, note allergies when ordering or inquiring, and use your judgment if you have a severe allergy, contact us before ordering. Perishable items are intended for prompt refrigeration or consumption; once an order is picked up or delivered, safe handling and storage are your responsibility.
Orders, pickup, and delivery. Order timing, pickup, delivery, cancellations, and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Delivery and Refund policies, which are part of these terms.
Services and events. Nutrition coaching is educational lifestyle guidance and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician before making significant dietary changes, and always for medical conditions. Coaching purchases are scheduled by email after checkout. Ticketed events are seasonal and sometimes outdoors: dates, menus, and locations may shift due to weather or farm conditions, and we'll notify ticket holders by email with the options described in our Refund policy. Private chef and catering engagements are quoted individually and governed by their own agreements.
Your account and communications. You may create an account to view orders and manage your details; keep your credentials secure and your information accurate. If you join our email list, you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email. Order and service emails are sent as part of doing business with us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evertaste Kitchen's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights as a consumer under Washington law.
